Welcome to My Site!
Since my retirement in 2016 I have been lucky to be able to spend time in the Australian bush, walking and camping. My other interests are Christmas lights and laser cutting both of which keep me busy. Coming from a trade background I do enjoy making things with my hands and to challenge my mind in learning new skills.
Hopefully whilst I am building this site I will be adding more insight. So this is not a once only project but a site developing with more content being added.
About My Blog
This blog is where I share my adventures in Bush Walking, walking some of the classic tracks including The Kokoda Track. Also as a Christmas Lights enthusiast I decorate my house each year for the month of December and run my light show each night. We support the Starlight Children’s Fund with donations from our Christmas Light Show.
My other interest is Laser Cutting. I imported a 100w laser cutter with a bed of 1000mm x 800mm for making some of my Props that are in my Christmas Light Show.
From laser cutting and engraving. I have designed and made my own craft products and I am now offering these and my services to other enthusiasts as well as now having an online shop.
